   • Consent: By using our platform, you expressly consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by Perficient Partners for professional follow-up, personalized solutions, marketing purposes, and to facilitate services provided by third parties.
   • Data Sharing with Third Parties: Perficient Partners may share your data with third parties to provide specific services related to your situation. These third parties are bound by confidentiality and data protection agreements to ensure the security of your information.
   • Data Security: Perficient Partners takes reasonable steps to ensure the security of your personal data and complies with the PDPO regarding data protection.
3. Professional Consultant/Services Providers Follow-up
   • Selection and Allocation of Professional Consultants and/or Service Providers: Perficient Partners selects and allocates professional consultants and/or service providers on the platform based on criteria such as experience, profile, capability, and track records. These professionals contribute to the platform on a volunteer basis.
   • Volunteer Basis: The contribution of registered professionals to the platform is voluntary, and they are not employees of Perficient Partners. Their involvement is based on their willingness to assist users.
   • Professional Consultant/Services Providers Follow-up: Users may be contacted by Perficient Partners' team of professional consultants and/or service providers to offer tailored solutions and assistance based on the information provided.
   • Liability Disclaimer: Perficient Partners is not responsible for any liability arising from the services provided by the allocated professional consultants or service providers. The interactions and agreements between customers and the allocated professional consultants or service providers are entirely their own responsibility.
4. Intellectual Property
   • Ownership: All content and materials on the platform, including intellectual property, are the exclusive property of Perficient Partners and are protected by Hong Kong intellectual property laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
   • Exclusion of Warranty: Perficient Partners disclaims any warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the information provided on the platform.
   • Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Perficient Partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the platform.
6. Accuracy of AI-Generated Responses and Claim Requests
   • User Input Responsibility: Users acknowledge that the accuracy of responses generated by the AI platform is contingent upon the accuracy of the information provided by the user, including but not limited to the name of the policy, uploaded documents, or any user-input data.
   • AI Technology Usage: Perficient Partners utilizes state-of-the-art technology to generate solutions and assist users. However, the platform assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of the results, and users are encouraged to verify information independently.
   • Claim Request Discretion: For claim requests, users acknowledge that the ultimate result is subject to the final discretion of the insurer's assessment. Perficient Partners does not guarantee the approval or outcome of any claim and assumes no responsibility for insurer decisions.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.

Changes to Terms

Perficient Partners reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions. Users are encouraged to review the terms regularly for changes.
